中国经济特区创新力研究张凯樊琨?(深圳大学经济学院深圳518060)摘要:本文以经济特区这一特定对象,通过构建一个城市创新能力评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对包括直辖市、副省级城市、计划单列市和经济特区在内的共计22个省、市进行对比分析,从中得出经济特区创新发展的不足及其制约因素,在此基础上,提出相应的改进措施和建议。关键词:经济特区创新发展评价指标主成分分析一引言经济特区是国家在特定时期对特定城市的特别定位,其建立的初衷就包含着创新的因素。经济特区,本身就肩负着为中国改革开
