中国模式的特征和优势文化传统、经济转轨与岭南模式———一个制度匹配的分析框架何一鸣高少慧?(华南农业大学经济管理学院广州510642)摘要:本文首先分析“岭南模式”的文化特征及其制度含义,我们认为岭南文化是一种具有工具理性倾向的精神理念,着重于指向当下的实效和功利,能成为市场体制有效运行的前提条件。我们认为广东的经济转轨是岭南文化与市场体制相互匹配的结果。在此基础上,本文提出文化与市场体制相匹配的理论,并构建一个简朴的制度匹配费用最小化模型,以解释“岭南模式”的内在机理与理论
