Firstly, very nice to see you here today, I’m Richard Mei, let me start from my education , in Dec 2009, fulfilled engineering master study in Soochow university, and be awarded Engineering master degree based on my graduation paper( Lean Line design). In July 1994, graduated from XiangTan university, majored in Electric automation of industry , be awarded Engineering bachelor degree. 
Now I work in BOSCH(suzou) automotive company , worked as IE manager, I took this position from Oct 2009, during this period, I build the organization from 4 employees to 10 employees by centrizing IE function, Introduced CAPP( Computer Aided Process Planning) software to manage the cycle time and capacity. 
Before IE manager position, I worked as production manager in BOSCH, there were 2 groups report to me: production group and process group, total about 120 subordinates. The major job is organize production to fulfill delivery request. At the same time, lead process group to reduce line down time to improve OEE. Achieved 100% OTD and 90% BTS( build to schedule). This job let me understand more about BPS( BOSCH production system): For example; Leveling , Pull system, Kanban system, Process confirmation, above is some of element of BPS.  Good process design and 100% execution by production are the important elements of Quality assurance.   
Before I joined BOSCH, I worked In Solectron(Suzhou),from 2000 to 2007, acted as Engineering manager for 4 years. This 4 years engineering management experience changed me from an engineer to a manager, because of good performance, my group expanded from 40 employees to 100 employees( combined process group and equipment group as engineering group). During the 4 years, I led 2 major projects: Zero defect project and cost reduction project. Zero defect project involved SLR and Customer MOT, and reviewed monthly by MOT, it made a big contribution to MOT project growth, MOT project reached to USD140M revenue per quarter. For cost reduction project, It only focus on operation supply, the yearly saving is USD 200M, and I was awarded KCB( Key Contribution Bonus) winner, the bonus is RMB10K.  
From Feb. 1997  - May 2000, worked in Flextronics Technology (ZhuHai ) Co., Ltd. ,   Acted as manufacturing engineer. This  is my first job in foreign company . it let me know SMT and electronic assembly process .
From July 1994  - Feb.  1997 :   worked in State-owned company:  Iron and Steel Group of YangChun, GuangDong     acted as  Asst. Electrical Engineer , this is my first job after graduation . 
In summary, total more than 15 years working experience, 9 years focus on technical field, then 4 years engineering management experience, 2 years production management experience, more than half year IE management experience. 
Base on above, Diligent, logical, teamwork and happy is personal characteristics, and I think it makes me success.
