Safety Instruction In order to ensure the vacuum gauge to have normal function, high precision, stability and service life, please operate and use the instrument according to the allowable value and applicable condition indicated in the Manual. ·When operating, maintaining and repairing the vacuum gauge, please follow the safety standard for the Electrical Equipment. ·DO NOT start the ionization gauge under atmospheric pressure, for that will burn the filament of the ionization gauge. ·DO NOT disassemble the gauge where the vacuum system or tube is in the vacuum state. ·DO NOT apply a normal gauge to the “positive pressure” vacuum system other than the gauge that as designed for the “positive pressure” circumstance. ·Protect corrosive gas in the vacuum system from invading the sensing wire of the resistance gauge and electrodes of ionization gauge so as to extend the service life of the gauges. ·Adopt positive measures to prevent erroneous operation or damage. ·We won’t bear any liabilities arising from any failure to correctly execute the Manual, and the warranty we offered for the vacuum gauge and its components should also be regarded as void and null at the same time.
