③学生画出自己家过去和现在的草图,学生通过上网、看电视或录像、调查访问等方式了解自己的家乡近几年的变化,并和其他同学用英语交流。
Teaching steps
Step 1 warming
T:Did you have a good time in your holidays?
What did you do in your holidays?
复习一般过去时的用法、常用词汇等,为后面的教学做铺垫。
Step 2 presentation
T: In the winter holiday, you had lots of changes. Now, you are older and much cleverer. I’m glad to see your changes.

Step 4 Listening
①请学生 边听录音,用笔勾出课文中的生词和词组,并联系上下文猜测每个生词和词组的意思。
②教师板书重点句型,然后播放录音为学生示范每个单词的发音,请学生跟读,教师及时纠正学生的发音。
③听录音,请学生跟读课文。
Step 5 Practice
学生熟读后,教师将全班分成4组,分别朗读各角色,然后每组选一名代表到台前进行角色扮演,比一比看谁表演得最好、发音最准确。

Step 7 assigning homework

③“小记者”游戏,学生回家后采访自己的爷爷、奶奶,采访完毕后,学生写一篇小报道,与其他学生进行交流。
