安装操作和维修 Notice for Installation and Maintenance		　　软密封闸阀是各种水分配系统和消防系统的重要部件,这种系统中闸阀的安装和维修不当,会造成损失及影响管路的正常使用。故应注意以下几点:1.阀门装卸时合理,不允许强烈碰撞,否则易损坏阀门。2.安装前应做如下检查:　　收货时应检验阀门在运输中是否损坏,是否符合合同规定的要求,对阀体法兰密封端面应作检查,以确定密封法兰面在运输中是否损坏或划痕,每个阀门都应进行一次完整的开关过程。3.储存:　　闸阀应在全关位置下储存,以防止损坏密封面的杂质进入阀体内部,可能的话,阀门应存放于室内。在户外储存时,应保护闸阀的法兰免受气候和杂质的影响,在阀门可能遇到寒冷气候的条件下,储存前应将阀门内的水绝对放净,将闸板紧密关闭。4.安装:　　闸阀安装前请详细阅读产品使用说明书,并对阀门外观进行检验,清除阀门内的任何杂质。　　(1)连接用螺栓应涂适当的防锈漆或以其它形式进行防腐保护。　　(2)地下安装的阀门应有阀门罩或掩体保护。　　(3)安装在地面上和厂房管路中的闸阀应进行支撑和对准,以减小因管路负荷而造成阀门端部连接管的弯　　　 曲,不能用阀门来校正管子的安装误差,以防止安装造成阀门的损坏。5.阀门安装后,应检验所有的承压螺栓连接,包括阀盖,密封填料压盖和端面连接,是否密封足以防止泄漏。还　应检验所有的丝孔和塞孔是否与阀门内部充分密封。6.检修:　　在阀门开启的情况下,如观察到连接处,连接件,填料表面周围或密封有泄漏,应更换有缺陷的"O"形圈,密封垫片或密封填料。对于泄漏,部件损坏或操作困难等故障,此时应切断失效闸阀的水压,放掉内部压力,更换闸阀部件,以达到要求为止。 
　　Inappropriate installation and maintenance on the gate valves which are used in various water distribution system and fire protection system as an important part can make loss and bad effect, so attention should be given to the following items:1. Install and dismount valve rationally. Don't strike the valve to avoid damage on it.2. Before installation, the following examination should be made:　　When receiving the valve, check whether no damage in transportation and whether the valve conform to the requirements in the contract. The flange sealing face should be inspected to confirm no damage or scoring on the face. A complete open-close operation should be carried out for each valve.3.Store:　　The gate valve should be stored on the condition of disc full-closed to avoid entering of impurity into the inner of valve. If possible, the valve can be stored indoors. When storing at outdoors, the flange should be protected from the effect of impurity and climate. On the cold climate condition, the water in vlave should be drained away and close the disc compactly.4.Installation:　　Study the operation manual description carefully. Before installing the gate valve, inspect the outline of the valve and remove the impurity in body.　　(1)Paint connecting bolts with antirust paint or adopt other corrosion prevention manner.　　(2)The valve mounted on under ground should be fitted with valve box or vault.　　(3)The gate valve installed aboveground or in a plant piping system should be supported and aligned to limit the bending 　　on connection pipe caused by duty in pipe. Don't correct mounting error through valve to prevent the valve from damage.5.After installation, all pressure-containing bolting (bonnet, packing gland, and end connections) should be inspected for 　　adequate tightness to prevent leakage. In addition, an inspection should be made for adequate tigtness of all tapped and 　　plugged openings to the valve interior.6.Inspection and maintenance:In the case of leakage at all joints, connections and areas of packing or seals as valve operating, replace damaged "0"-ring, sealing washer or packing.
