随州食用菌产业概况
摘 要

?食用菌产业是近年来在我国快速发展起来的朝阳产业，作为中国农业的传统产业和快速发展的新兴产业而受到重视。食用菌不仅是营养美味的健康产品，同时也是带动和促进农村经济建设的高效生态农业产业。人工栽培食用菌可利用农作物的废弃物经加工处理后即可投入生产，操作技术简便、投资少、见效快，是农民增收的好项目，在服务“三农”和推进社会主义新农村建设中发挥着极其重要的作用。
　随州位于湖北省北部，地处长江流域和淮河流域的交汇地带，东承武汉，西接襄樊，是湖北省对外开放的北大门， 温暖的气候条件，良好地貌特点，造就了优越的生态环境ABSTRACT 
This paper is carried out on the basis of the Suizhou mushroom industry report

Suizhou is located in the northern part of Hubei Province， are opening up the "North Gate"， a warm climatic conditions， landscape characteristics of a good， rich plant resources has resulted in excellent ecological environment， the good weather， favorable terrain for the development of mushroom industry Suizhou laid a solid foundation.
In this paper， Suizhou mushroom industry， and to do a more comprehensive analysis and research.technology through the plant， bacteria produce， market， mushroom， shiitake mushrooms acquisition and processing enterprises， and government investigation of the policy environment， more profound understanding of the Suizhou the development of mushroom industry， and some of the facts in accordance with local recommendations and ideas. The purpose of this paper based on the actual situation， a number of proceeding from reality and grasp the full understanding of industrial mushroom Suizhou and economic characteristics， identify problems and bottlenecks， analyze problem-solving for sustainable development in the health industry for the accumulation of information， to make suggestions.

1.1立题的背景
1.政策背景：“三农”政策颁布以来，“发展农业”接连5年成为中央“1号文件”的核心内容。《国务院关于2009年促进农业稳定发展农民持续增收的若干意见》，作为2009年新年伊始的第一份中央文件，该文件明确指出，在“国际金融危机持续蔓延、世界经济增长明显减速，对我国经济的负面影响日益加深，对农业农村发展的冲击不断显现”的情况下。强化惠农政策，增强科技支撑，加大投入，优化产业结构，推进改革创新，千方百计保证国家粮食安全和主要农产品供给，促进农民收入持续增长。可以看出“大力发展农业、增加农民收入” 始终贯穿主题。
