烟草是世界上最广泛种植的经济作物,烟草在我国也是一个大行业,我国烤烟种植面积和总产量都居世界首位,发展优质烟叶不管是对烟农还是卷烟工业都是十分重要的。但是,烟草又是一个备受争议的作物,吸烟对人体健康未必有什么好处。因此,生产出优质低害的烟叶尤其重要。 我来自于烟草学院的烟草调制与加工专业方向, 该方向以提高烟叶香气品质为目标,以增加烘烤效益和降低烘烤投入为核心,重点研究烟叶成熟与调制过程中氮素代谢、碳水化合物代谢、脂肪酸代谢、膜脂过氧化作用、主要有机物质转化等调制机理,以及增香技术和自控烘烤设备的研制等。 The direction to improve the quality of tobacco aroma aim to increase efficiency and reduce baking baking into the core, focuses on the maturity and during curing tobacco leaf nitrogen metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, membrane lipid peroxidation, the main modulation mechanism of conversion of organic matter, and the addition of baking equipment in Hong technology and research and development of self-control. Tobacco is the most popularly planted economic crop in the world, and it’s a big industry in China. China’s tobacco planting area and total yield respectively rank the top in the world. Developing high quality tobacco leaves is important to both tobacco growers as well as tobacco industry. However, tobacco is an disputable crop, for smoking may not do any help. Therefore it’s important to produce low harmful tobacco leaves. I’m from tobacco science college, majoring in tobacco curing and processing. This subject aims at improving tobacco aroma quality, with its core being increasing curing efficiency and reducing curing costs. It focus on the research of metabolisms of nitrogen, carbohydrate and fatty acids during maturation and curing, the membrane lipid peroxidation , transformation mechanism of major organic matters, aromatizing technology, as well as the developing of automatic control curing equipments. In 2010, I will do the two experiments. One in the effects of two different harvesting ways on the appearance quality,chemical component and economic value of the leaf of flue-cured tobacco was conducted. In the other experiment, I want to improve the usability of flue-cured tobacco upper leaf and reducing its proportion, and analyzes the reason that the usability of upper leaf is on the low side,an suggests taking measures from inheritance,ecological conditions,seedling,transplanting,balance fertilization,topping and controlling the sum of retained leaves,harvesting maturity and methods,late irrigation,chemical controlling measures and curing process etc. 研究了上部烟叶采用一次性不带茎采收和带茎砍收2种方法对烤烟的外观品质、烟叶主要化学成分和经济效应的影响。 The experiment in the effects of two different harvesting ways on the appearance quality,chemical component and economic value of the leaf of flue-cured tobacco was conducted. 提高上部叶可用性是烤烟生产中亟待解决的问题。笔者综述了影响上部叶可用性的因素.并从遗传因素、生态条件、烤烟生产中的育苗、移栽、平衡施肥、打顶留叶、后期水分管理、打顶留叶数、上部叶采收成熟度和采收方式、化控措施及烟叶调制等方面提出降低上部叶比例,提高上部叶可用性的措施。 Improving the usability of flue-cured tobacco upper leaf and reducing its proportion is an urgent problem in flue-cured tobacco production.The author analyzes the reason that the usability of upper leaf is on the low side,an suggests taking measures from inheritance,ecological conditions,seedling,transplanting,balance fertilization,topping and controlling the sum of retai
