5. Deductions（扣除款项）

7. Labor Protection and Working Condition（劳动保护和劳动条件）
Party A shall provide Party B with occupational safety, healthy working conditions and protective equipment conforming to the relevant provisions of the State. Party B shall follow all the rules and regulations on safe operation set forth by Party A during work.
（甲方为乙方提供符合国家规定的劳动安全、卫生条件和必要的防护用品。乙方在工作过程中应当严格遵守甲方制定的全部安全操作的规章制度。）
8. Social Insurance and Welfare（社会保险和福利待遇）
Party A shall undertake to pay social insurance contributions for Party B according to the relevant laws and regulations.
