D: Well. First, we should eat healthy food and do more sports. Second, we should keep our rooms clean and often open the windows. Third, we should not go to crowded places. Finally, we must give up some bad habits, such as smoking, staying up, being too tired. 
J: What else should we do to keep healthy?
D: We shouldn’t eat too little or too much food, we should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. It’s necessary for us to have healthy eating habits. 
J: I agree. Thanks for your advice.

放录音，鼓励并引导学生第二遍跟读磁带；
