both 表示”两者都”, 是个形容词,也可以做代词。例:
1.Both her childen are doctors. 她两个孩子都是大夫。(形容词)
2. Both of us are students. 我们两个都是学生。(代词)
它的否定形式用neither, “两者都不”, 词性和both一样。 例:
1. We are neither student. 我们两个都不是学生。(形容词,修饰单数可数名词。)
2. Neither of us is a student我们两个都不是学生。(代词,作主语谓语用单数。)
语言点2、think的用法
1. think v. 想,思考,认为。如:
You should learn to think .你应该学会思考。
2. think +句子 如:
I think it’s going to rain. 我想要下雨了。
think 引导的宾语从句为否定意义时,须将否定词转移至主句 如:
I don’t think he will come. 我想他不会来了。
3.构成短语:

think over 仔细考虑
think of 认为,想

形容词有三个等级:原级,比较级,最高级。
形容词比较级和最高级的构成:
1.一般在原级后加-er,构成比较级,加-est构成最高级。例:
small smaller smallest young younger youngest
2.以不发音的字母e 结尾的形容词,直接加-r 或-st 构成比较级和最高级。例:
nice nicer nicest late later latest
3.以辅音字母+y 结尾的形容词,变-y为-i ,再加-er 或-est, 构成比较级和最高级。例: busy busier busiest heavy heavier heaviest
4.在重读闭音节中,末尾只有一个辅音字母的形容词,要先双写这个辅音字
